Dr Dean Jackson (The University of Manchester) and Prof Darren Griffin (University of Kent) extend a warm invitation to the UK to attend the 18th ICC in Manchester. This prestigious, 47 year old, conference will focus on the many aspects of the interface between chromosome biology and the use of post-genomic technologies - 'Chromonomics'.

ICC covers all aspects of chromosome biology. Major topics to be discussed will include: Chromosome structure and function; Nuclear organisation and dynamics; Epigenetic and gene expression; Chromosome and genome evolution and Chromosomal aberrations in disease.

The programme includes invited talks, short talks selected from abstracts and generous time for poster presentations and networking.
